In 2003, Erica and I purchased a villa on Spain’s wonderful Costa Brava. Finding limited success at expensive costs promoting our villa on general holiday property promotion sites, we built our first website, Rent a Holiday Home, and have since enjoyed continued success promoting and managing the rental of holiday homes throughout Europe with the goal of achieving the best return on investment for our rental clients as well as financially and aesthetically satisfying arrangements for our customers.
In 2005, we purchased Chalet Quatre in the picturesque 4 Valleys region of southwestern Switzerland. With Rent a Chalet in 4 Valleys, we seek to provide property owners and potential renters of holiday properties in this pristine and charming corner of the earth with reasonably priced and promoted, expertly managed and memorably enjoyed holiday experiences.
